Cute hotel with a convenient location near the market

Very helpful staff. Location next to Pratunam shopping centres. - Close to the airport. - Fruits Buffet nearby offers great options for tea or coffee.

My first impression on the hotel is that the hotel is in good location which i can reach any other places so easy; easy to find foods; the hotel is clean and nice. But after i checked in everything done, i entered my room. Few minutes later there got one of the hotel staff locked into my room without any permission and even asked me to pay for the hotel room for one night. But in fact I have already paid for 4 nights and all service charge included. The staffs never read in my reservation letter while i first checked in at the reception. By the way, when i told them that I have already paid for the room for 4 nights and i gave them again my reservation letter, they just said that's alright and never say sorry to me for entering my room without any permission and also for not checking on the letter. I really feel disappointed with this bad very bad service and the ruddiness of the staffs.

Good location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Ratchaprarop subway station can be reached within 5 minutes walk. Nicely decorated rooms on level 5, felt like home. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was yummy.

The hotel was really close to markets, shops, and other shopping malls in the Pratunam area. It was just a pleasant stroll away from Saneeya, where we went out for dinner.

The hotel of choice in Bangkok. Overall a cute great budget venue. - Cheap and reasonably spacious room with aircon, very helpful staff. - Good and unbeatable location to a wholesale market. - Good restaurant and fine meal.

Many things went wrong. The staff was unorganized - they offered us a room that already was occupied and had a bad smell, and the noise from the water pressure motor kept us up all night.

Transportation is very convenient, within walking distance to the mall and other shopping areas, even though it's located on a dodgy alley. The hotel facilities are clean, and I had a good parking experience. The staff is friendly and helpful; they assisted me so much to book a tour at a low price. Breakfast was great too!
